New Finish Inc. recently hosted the EDC Board giving them a tour of the newly expanded facility in Norwood, NC
The Economic Development Committee (EDC) is a five-member Committee appointed by the Board of Selectmen. The EDC advises the Board of Selectmen on economic development issues. The EDC promotes business growth and development for existing and new businesses interested in locating in Norwood. Norwood, NC (Stanly County).
New Finish, Inc. a powder and e-coating, sandblasting, and painting service provider, began expanding its facility in 2020 by creating approximately twenty (20) new jobs within the next five (5) years for Stanly County and investing $3.5 million in real property and machinery and equipment. Steve and Brenda Bradley stated, “The continued support of the Stanly County Economic Development Commission, the Stanly County Board of Commissioners and the Town of Norwood has been instrumental in the success of New Finish, Inc. Each and every day, we are thankful for our team members, customers, community leaders and the people of our community. We are blessed to call Norwood, NC home.”
