With the installation of our new, larger, state-of-the-art e-coat line, which is now up and running smoothly and efficiently, we have also transformed Plant 3 into a dedicated space for large parts powder and liquid coating. This strategic move allows us to handle bigger, more complex parts while ensuring durability, precision, and superior finishing.
One of our most exciting additions is the large white spray booth, which is already operational and being used for military CARC (Chemical Agent Resistant Coating) projects. CARC coatings are essential for military and defense applications, providing advanced chemical resistance and durability in extreme environments. To further enhance our liquid coating capabilities, we are in the process of assembling a new metal spray booth. This additional setup will allow us to increase production capacity, ensuring we can efficiently handle multiple projects simultaneously. Our expanded operations mean greater flexibility for customers across industrial, automotive, military, and heavy equipment industries.
Investing in State-of-the-Art Equipment
To support our growing operations, we have installed a brand-new industrial oven, which will significantly improve curing efficiency and overall throughput for both liquid and powder coatings. A properly controlled curing process is essential to ensuring that coatings adhere properly, resist wear, and provide long-lasting protection.
In addition, we are preparing to install a new powder coating booth, expected to be fully operational in the coming months. Powder coating is a preferred method for industrial and heavy-duty applications because of its durability, eco-friendliness, and ability to withstand extreme conditions. With this expansion, we are further solidifying our position as a leader in high-quality industrial coatings.
