Industrial Coating Services by New Finish, Inc., a provider of powder and e-coating, sandblasting, and painting services, is currently expanding its Norwood facility, with plans to create approximately 20 new jobs over the next five years and invest $3.5 million in real property and machinery and equipment.
Founded in 2001, New Finish, Inc. began as a small powder coating shop, a dream realized by Steve and Brenda Bradley to support their family of four. Through hard work and dedication, they surpassed their own expectations, providing industrial coating services to commercial customers and serving local walk-in clients. New Finish underwent expansions in 2003 and 2010, even expanding its industrial coating services to include trucking finished products to commercial customers.
Steve Bradley expressed his enthusiasm for the company’s continuous growth, stating, “We started with just the two of us and have grown to a workforce of sixty people. Our employees are the backbone of our business, and our reputation in the industry stands on delivering quality products on time. With increasing sales and new commercial customers, it’s time for us to expand again to accommodate additional products. We eagerly anticipate welcoming more team members after the expansion is completed.”
Brenda Bradley added her gratitude, saying, “The unwavering support of the Stanly County Economic Development Commission, the Stanly County Board of Commissioners, and the Town of Norwood has been pivotal in New Finish, Inc.’s success.
