Growing to Serve You Better: Facility Enhancements and New Equipment
To continue meeting the evolving needs of our customers, we’ve recently made strategic investments in infrastructure and technology:
- ✅ Our new, expanded state-of-the-art e-coat line is now fully operational — increasing efficiency, consistency, and production capacity.
- ✅ We’ve transformed Plant 3 into a specialized space for large parts powder and liquid coating, allowing us to handle larger, more complex components with ease while maintaining top-tier finish quality.
- ✅ Our new large white spray booth is already in use for military CARC (Chemical Agent Resistant Coating) projects. CARC coatings are essential for defense and military equipment, providing maximum durability and chemical resistance in the harshest conditions.
- ✅ We are also in the process of installing an additional metal spray booth, which will further expand our liquid coating capabilities and allow us to handle multiple high-volume projects simultaneously.
These upgrades enable us to offer greater flexibility, improve turnaround times, and support the increased demands of our industrial, automotive, agricultural, and defense partners.
